A fresh & tangy British goat’s milk salad cheese made with milk from the Butler families own goat herds which live at Sheardley Fold farm near the dairy in Lancashire. Slightly firmer than Feta and more lightly salted with a superb this modern British cheese makes a superb salad or appetizer. Serve cubed with olives or a seasoned or herby olive oil as you might with Feta.

A wonderfully versatile very young cheese with a delightful fresh flavour that is perfect for cooking. Widely used by chefs, cheese curd is most often blended with grated tasty Lancashire to make a fresher tasting, lighter textured Lancashire Cheese Pie. We lightly salt our cheese curd and produce as approx 250g mini round tablets of curd which are vac packed and will keep unopened in the refrigerator for 2 weeks from receipt.
