Cauliflower and Blacksticks Blue Soup
Ingredients
- 1 diced onion
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200mls double cream
- 1 pint chicken or vegetable stock
- 100g Blacksticks Blue
Method
- Place onion and garlic in a pan and cook for a few minutes
- Add the cauliflower and stock, cook until soft
- Remove pan from heat and leave to cool, add the Blacksticks Blue and cream then liquidise until smooth
- Season if required and serve with crusty bread
