| Great question - You can eat the rind on the blues (Blacksticks, Butlers & Beacon) & Goats Cheese (Kidderton Ash & Ravensoak). Give it a miss on the rinded territorials (Trotter Hill, Goosnargh Gold and Rothbury Red) only because it will spoil the taste of the cheese. | |
